Designed as an adaptive reuse of the Van Sciver building in downtown Trenton, 160 South Broad Street is a 5-story mixed use development. The building contains 120 dwelling units, over 7,000 SF of retail space, management office, residential lobby, two level parking garage for use by residents and retail customers, and a public plaza with access from South Broad Street and the amphitheater along the Assunpink Creek. This project intends to meet LEED Certification and Energy Star programs.
