Performance and aesthetic improvements to existing NYC affordable housing stock originally completed in the early 1960’s. Baychester Houses campus consists of (11) 6-story buildings and Murphy Houses campus consists of (2) 20-story towers with an attached Daycare Center and Community Center.

IAE was responsible for executing a campus-wide facade re-design, detailing the overcladding of all existing masonry structures with EIFS, designing new entry vestibules at Baychester, and both the design & structural engineering of a new trellis structure at Murphy.
