Proposed 54-unit, Multi-family Affordable Housing Development consisting of (2) 3-story multi-family structures and (6) two-story duplexes. This new development will utilize an existing 3.9 acre, triangle-shaped parcel of land adjacent to the Lawrence Shopping Center to bring much needed affordable housing stock to Lawrence. In addition to the residential components, the overall site planning includes on-site surface parking, a dog park, children’s playground and landscape improvements.
