Multi-phased and mixed-use redevelopment of a five acre site

The multi-phased Parkside redevelopment project takes the place of blighted housing units in the recently created Renaissance Redevelopment Area of Franklin Township, NJ. Serving as the anchor to the renaissance, the Parkside Redevelopment project included the construction of 35 new two-family houses which all received LEED platinum certification as well as a 70 Unit Senior building and shared community building; Both of which also received LEED platinum certification. Inglese Architecture and Engineering provided all architectural, structural, and MEP design services as well as construction administration services.
