Proposed 65-unit, Multi-Family Affordable Housing Development. Transformation/repurposing of existing 3.0 acre site [former home of a SAVE animal shelter/kennel] that had previously received approvals for a two-story 25,000 SF professional office building which was never built. Proposed development includes a new 4 story multi-family residential structure with on-site surface parking and landscape improvements. Project goal is to provide high quality, affordable housing as part of Princeton’s commitment to building 753 new affordable housing units by 2025.
