Performance and aesthetic improvements to existing NYC mixed-income housing stock originally completed in the late 1970’s/early 1980’s. The River Crossing site consists of (3) large residential structures and a parking garage, The Heritage site consists of (2) residential towers a mid-rise mixed-use building and a parking garage, and Roosevelt Landings site consists of (11) interconnected residential structures.

IAE is responsible for executing campus-wide building elevation design, detailing the overcladding of all existing masonry structures with EIFS, and providing architectural and MEP services for amenity upgrades at all three sites.
