Tennessee Green is a 66 unit residential development located in Atlantic City, NJ. This development resides within the flood zone and thus required special flood proofing measures to protect the building. The playful roofline and ‘fun’ colors of the fiber cement siding create a beach aesthetic, appropriate for the area. Located on the second floor is a small roof terrace which provides some relaxing outdoor space for the residents to enjoy. Inglese Architecture and Engineering provided architectural, structural, and MEP design services.
