Located in North Caldwell NJ, White Rock Heights is a six building development which is spread out over a moderately sloping site. The project consists of five, two-story town home style buildings and one community building. Due to the sloping site, large retaining walls were integrated into the site design in order to create stepped terraces for each building site. White Rock heights consists of 50 residential units, each with their own private driveway, garage, and entrance. Inglese Architecture and Engineering provided architectural, structural, and MEP design services.
